The Chef
Chef Charlie Harrison
Our new head Chef, Charlie Harrison, attended the Western Culinary Institute in Portland, OR. He is a culinary artist known for his creative background and determination to be the best. His menus are known to be both serious and playful while providing a creative, consistent dining experience complete with great quality. His experience and reputation include cuisines he's prepared for Tre Restaurant, Cafe Vinoteca and Masque in El Dorado Hills.
The creativity and inventiveness of the Chef are obvious. Charlie uses the most available products from local farmers. His menu reflects what’s in season. He likes to create dishes that are thought provocative. He likes to push the envelope when it comes to flavor and technique. He wants customers to say “what was that, that was very good” or “I can’t believe those flavors work together.”
Living in a city so close to the biggest agricultural area in America fuels the drive to be the best. Tasting the new menu has surprised many with the outstanding flavors. Come experience the new cuisines...
A note from the chef
“Food without wine is a corpse; wine without food is a ghost; united and well matched they are as body and soul, living partners.” ~Andre Simon (1877-1970)
